Malden, WV (June 14, 2025) – There were confirmed injuries in the aftermath of a serious collision in the Malden area on Saturday, June 14. The accident was first reported early that morning at around 9:45 a.m. at the corner of Kanawha Boulevard E. and Campbells Creek Drive. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene.
At least one person involved suffered injuries, and emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. Ambulances were used to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for further treatment. The severity of the resulting injuries has not yet been determined. The roadway was closed until tow trucks were able to remove the resulting debris and reopen the road to outside traffic. No additional information on the crash is currently available.
