High-Speed Collisions in West Virginia

Handley, WV - Second Ave & Upper Dr Site of Injury WreckIt is well-recognized that speeding increases the risk of a car accident and makes it more difficult to drive a car safely. When you speed, you reduce your ability to deal with unanticipated issues that can come up while you’re hurtling down the road. Each year, speeding drivers kill thousands of people, and over 25 percent of all road fatalities in the country are caused by high-speed collisions. In West Virginia, drivers who speed contribute to a large percent of fatal collisions. After being wrongfully injured in a high-speed crash, you do not want to be held responsible for your injuries and further losses.
