Charleston, WV (June 17, 2025) – On Monday, June 16, at least one person was hurt following a traffic accident in the Charleston area. The collision was reported at around 5:37 p.m. at the corner of Washington Street W. and Pennsylvania Avenue S. Two or more vehicles collided at the scene. Emergency responders were dispatched to render aid to the involved parties.
Ambulances were available to transport the crash victims to local hospitals for additional treatment. At this time, no further updates on the accident are currently available. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the site of the resulting debris. No additional information is currently available. Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
