Belle, WV (December 25, 2024) – On Tuesday, December 24, at least one person sustained injuries after an auto accident in the Belle area. That afternoon around 12:45 p.m. the crash was first reported at the crossing of Witcher Creek Road and E. Dupont Avenue. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals. The severity and number of the related damages have not yet been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were dispatched to clear the resulting debris and reopen the roadway.
