Millwood, WV (April 29, 2025) – Early on Tuesday, April 29, a pedestrian was injured after a traffic accident in the Millwood area. The crash took place in Mason County on WV-2 between Ripley Road and Norton Lane that morning at around 2 a.m. Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to provide the necessary aid to the involved parties.
The victim was on foot when they were struck by an oncoming motor vehicle. The roadway was closed in both directions for roughly an hour while local authorities were present. The injured victim was provided aid by attending medical personnel. No updates on the condition of the injured party have been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more information will be provided as it continues.
