Charleston, WV (May 20, 2025) – On Tuesday, May 20, at least one person sustained injuries after an auto accident in the Charleston area. Early that morning at around 7:05 a.m., the crash was first reported at the corner of Chesterfield Avenue and 57th Street SE. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
Ambulances were available to transport the injured parties to local hospitals. The severity and number of the related damages have not yet been determined. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the resulting debris and reopen the roadway.
